Vintage Luxury Apartments is a family-owned collection of eleven Art Deco buildings across West Hollywood, Fairfax, Beverly Grove, and Mid-Wilshire. Each building was chosen for its architectural character, its neighborhood, and its potential to offer something the modern apartment market rarely does: genuine history, preserved with care. The Buildings

A superbly restored Spanish Art Deco building perfectly situated between Hancock Park and The Grove, in one of Los Angeles' most gracious residential enclaves. This part of the city has been cherished since the 1920s for its well-preserved architecture — Art Deco, Tudor, and Italian Revival standing side by side. Shopping, dining, coffee, and some of the city's best bars are all within an easy stroll.
